REGISTRATION

Register by mailing the attached form or online at www.2007ri-ago.org. Must be received by June 20, 2007. You'll receive confirmation by e-mail or by regular mail. Daily registrations offered if space is available. Questions? Contact Doris Alberg at dorisja@cox.net or 401-568-5781.

TRANSPORTATION

Air-conditioned charter coach transportation is available and highly encouraged due to limited parking at various venues. If you have special transportation needs, please let the Registrar know by April 1 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Free parking available at the Marriott for commuting registrants who pay for the transportation package!

BANQUET

The Convention Banquet will be held at Providence College on Wednesday evening prior to the Gillian Weir Concert and is not included in the registration fee. If you plan to attend, please indicate that on the registration form and mark your meal choice.

OTHER DINING

All other meals are on your own. The Marriott will have various breakfast options available. Providence and Newport are a diner's delight and there are many fabulous choices for lunch and dinner in a wide price range near the convention sites. A selected list of possibilities will be included in your registration packet.

EXHIBITS

Exhibits located in the Marriott Ball Room will be open:
Sunday 1:00-7:00 pm and 10:00pm-Midnight
Monday 7:00-9:00 am, Noon-3:00 pm, and 10:00 pm-Midnight
Tuesday 7:00-9:00am and 10:00pm-Midnight
Wednesday 7:00-9:00am

EVENING EVENTS

The public is invited to attend all evening events. The Hymn Festival on Sunday night at 8:00 pm in Blessed Sacrament is free. For the Paul Jacobs concert Monday evening at 8:00 pm in First Baptist Church in America, Remembering Alexander Peloquin on Tuesday evening at 8:00 pm in the Cathedral of SS Peter & Paul, and the Gillian Weir concert on Wednesday evening at 8:00pm in the Cathedral of SS Peter & Paul a $15 donation will be taken at the door.

NEWPORT MANSION TOUR

FREE-TIME OPTION on Tuesday 6/26: Visit the summer “cottage” of Cornelius Vanderbuilt at the Breakers while in Newport. $25 fee includes admission to the mansion and box lunch. Register by June 10.

POST CONVENTION ORGAN CRAWL

For those who want to see more magnificent organs in the Providence area, plan to stay an extra day and participate in the Thursday organ crawl. The tour will leave at 9:30, include a lunch stop (on your own) and return to the Marriott by 3:00pm. A minimum of 25 participants needed by June 10.
